Group for Institution Development

Group for Institution Development, commonly known as GRID, is a registered society of consultants and trainers founded in 1983 in Bangalore. During its inception, GRID worked with leaders of a variety of organisations and institutions to facilitate them prepare for a constantly changing future.

Founded by A S Vasudevan with the support of the doyen of OD Prof. Late Udai Parekh the Aspirational Goal of GRID is transforming Organisations to be relevant to the challenges of the times. Change management, soft skill training, consultancy to build capacity to lead organizations and L&D are the core competence of GRID.

Since 2005, GRID is re-located in Mangalore and is mainly engaged in conducting workshops and training programmes to a vast majority of clientele.

Our clients include educational institutions, NGOs, youth groups, corporate sector, banking institutions, government departments and religious congregations.
