A S Vasudevan, the founder of GRID, is a Super senior citizen 82 yrs. Known as VASU in professional circles of Organisation development, was the pioneer in OD consulting in India from way back in 1985.
Professional member of many National bodies like ISABS, NHRD, QCFI he has wide experience in Manufacturing Product Quality management, Corporate Leadership development and Organisation Business models.
He is also an Outbound wilderness trainer in Pegasus Institute and Advanced NLP certified practitioner from ANLP Goa.

Having travelled around the globe he has acquired practical knowledge of Tai chi and multicultural perspectives of Bhutan, Nepal and Germany.
A lifelong learner, he is now training himself in Humanistic Psychodrama, Pilates, Fitz Maurice Voice practice, Art of Zentangle. His future dreams are pursuit of geriatric counselling and conflict trauma therapy. He lives in Bangalore. His partner Bhanumathy is a gender diversity consultant with 40 years of women empowerment consulting.
