Skill development, therefore, has assumed importance in education space in recent years. Soft skills or people skills play a significant role in one’s success in life particularly in one’s profession.

A workshop on ‘Soft Skills for Productivity/Capacity Building’ for existing employees of an organisation will have a different focus. For instance, interview skills will be replaced by time management, stress management and other appropriate themes.
