The education system is often blamed for the lack of employability of students passing out of our schools and colleges. Skill development, therefore, has assumed importance in education space in recent years. Soft skills or people skills play a significant role in one’s success in life particularly in one’s profession.

Kindly Note
A workshop on ‘Soft Skills for Productivity/Capacity Building’ for existing employees of an organisation will have a different focus. For instance, interview skills will be replaced by time management, stress management and other appropriate themes.
