A one-day Workshop on Soft Skills for Capacity Building was facilitated by GRID for the staff of LIFELINE Healthcare a Polyclinic based in Falnir Health Centre, Falnir, Mangalore. The programme held on Sunday, 11 September 2022 focused on team building and effective communication for paramedical staff many of whom had recently joined the clinic.

The programme was initiated by Dr. Muhammad Mubasshir, Proprietor and Director of the polyclinic and coordinated by Mr. Ashraf, the Manager. The dozen staff members who participated in the workshop appreciated the contents and methodology facilitated by Prof. Joselyn T Lobo of GRID. A follow up programme is expected soon.
