GRID facilitated a one-day workshop on Written Communication for the staff of CHILDLINE Dakshina Kannada District. The workshop was held on 10 August 2021 at School of Social Work, Roshni Nilaya, Mangalore which acts as a Nodal Centre of CHILDLINE.

Mr. Reny D’Souza of PADI-Valored in his inaugural speech mentioned the crucial role played by communication in social work. Prof. Joselyn Lobo conducted the participatory workshop with practical exercises focusing on rules of writing as well as guidelines for report writing and letter writing. The workshop was coordinated by Ms. Lavita D’Souza of CHILDLINE.
