GRID facilitated a short session on Personal Development for youth of Sidapur, Jayanagar 1st Block area in Bangalore. In spite of continuous rains 20 school and pre-university students, majority of them girls, participated. The programme was organised under the aegis of Women’s Voice, a wing of Service Society, an NGO working with the marginalized. Prof. Joselyn Lobo conducted the session which was filled with activities for personal growth. Ms. Ruth Manorama, President, National Alliance of Women’s Organisations, addressed the youth and Ms. Leelavathi coordinated the programme.
