Peace Public School of Thokottu, Mangalore invited Group for Institution Development (GRID) to conduct a Workshop on Teacher Effectiveness. Ms. Mujeeda Anjum, the highly motivated Principal initiated the Faculty Development Programme and 35 teachers attended the workshop on Children’s Day 14 November 2025.
The workshop, facilitated by GRID trainer Prof. Joselyn T Lobo, included strategies for teaching and learning, VAK Model, and the Four Cs of learning. The 21st century learning skills of Four Cs namely communication, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration were delivered though participatory activities, exercises, and games. A file with educational articles as well as worksheets for exercises was given to every participant. A half-day follow-up session was conducted on 21 November 2025 to cover the backlog of topics which could not be included in the first part as the programme had commenced late.
