A half-day Workshop on Personal Growth was conducted for Std. X students of Little Rock Indian School, Brahmavar on 18 19 May 2023. The participatory workshop covered over 300 Std. X CBSE students from eight sections who were divided into three batches spread over two days.

The programme was initiated by Prof. Mathew Ninan, the Director of Little Rock Institutions and organised by Dr. John Thomas, Principal of Little Rock School. The workshop included self-awareness and self-reflection; creativity and problems solving as well as strategies for personal growth and was entirely participatory in nature. Prof. Joselyn Lobo of GRID facilitated the training and received positive feedback from the participants. Ms. Julie Lewis the Vice-Principal and other members of the faculty enabled the smooth conduct of the sessions.
