A half-day Workshop on Effective Communication and Client Service for Non-teaching Faculty of St. Joseph’s (Autonomous) College, Bangalore was held on 13 December 2021. The participatory workshop as part of the Faculty Development Programme of the college was held in Loyola Hall, Auditorium Block and attended by 65 office and supervisory staff as well as attenders.

Prof. Joselyn T Lobo, President GRID facilitated the workshop which focused on the communication process and art of listening—the neglected communication skill. A presentation on Client Service for Educational Institutions summarized the strategies of dealing with the various stakeholders of the education sector.
