A half-day session on Group Dynamics was facilitated by GRID as part of the Orientation Programme for BE’D freshers of St. Aloysius School of Education, Mangalore. The programme held on 18 June 2025 consisted of 36 BE. D students who were recently admitted to the course.

The session facilitated by Joselyn T Lobo included merry-go-round exercise for building relationships and bond among new batch of students. The ‘My Tree’ activity for self-reflection enabled the students to introspect on their life vis-a-vis roots and branches for personal growth. The students appreciated the programme and actively participated in the exercises. Dr. Farita Viegas, the Principal and Ms. Sarika Rodrigues, Faculty coordinated the programme.
