Luella Shanthi Lobo is at present Counsellor at Komalsparsh, Mangalore. Earlier she served as Faculty, St. Aloysius College, Mangalore teaching undergraduates in Social Work.

She has a MSW degree with Medical and Psychiatric specialization and worked as counsellor in several schools and colleges both in Mangalore and Kerala. She is a trainer and Associate Consultant of GRID.
