GRID facilitated a halfday Session on Team Building for student leaders under the aegis of Student Advisory Board (SAB) of the prestigious Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune. The programme, held on Wednesday, 22 November 2023, was initiated by Dr. Shashikala Gurpur, Director SLS) as part of the Outbound training activity in Sunny’s World Resort and Adventure Park. The workshop was designed and facilitated by Joselyn T Lobo (Retd) Associate Professor & Consultant GRID and well appreciated by the students as seen in the written feedback.

Appreciating the deeply introspective session, the Sports Cell of SLS stated: ‘The session was extremely refreshing. It definitely helped us bond with each other and open up and familiarize ourselves with people beyond out comfort or friend group. The activities were thought provoking and provided us with a platform to improve on team work while also introspecting on individual thoughts and growth.’ Other participants and cells of SLS also expressed similar sentiments about the session.
