GRID facilitated the morning sessions of the three-day training programme on “Soft Skills for Enhancing Efficiency” for National Diary Development Board (NDDB), Bangalore. The programme was held in the Koramangala Campus of NDDB on March 1-3, 2023 and ten officers of Producer Owned Institutes from three states including Karnataka participated.
The morning sessions focusing on effective communication, presentation skills and written communication as well as people management skills were facilitated by Prof. Joselyn T Lobo, President GRID. Mr. Thungayya Saliyan and Ms. Nimmi Topno of NDDB were the coordinators of the training as well as facilitators for the noon sessions which comprised of organisational development and workplace etiquette among others.
While providing feedback, 70% of the participants rated the sessions as ‘very good’ and 20% as ‘excellent’. It may be mentioned that GRID was invited several times by NDDB for training sessions pre-Covid and the present programme is the first one post-Covid.
