GRID facilitated workshops on Soft Skills for Productivity for workers cadre of GRASIM Industries Chemical Division in Karwar. The workshops held on 28 & 29 July 2022 were conducted for two batches—morning and afternoon batch—consisting of half-day sessions spread over two days.

Self-awareness, effective communication, art of listening, creativity and problem solving were covered through experiential learning ‘hands-on’ methodology and included exercises, games and energizers. Overall, 28 participants actively participated in the workshop. The training was facilitated by Prof. Joselyn Lobo, President GRID and organised by Mr. Jaganivas Raghavan, HR Manager of GRASIM who was assisted by Ms. Kripa Kailar, the HR Officer.
