A half-day Workshop on Effective Communication and Client Service for Non-teaching Faculty of Yenepoya School, Mangalore was held on 5 January 2022. The participatory workshop was attended by 20 office staff including accountants, clerks, receptionist etc.

Prof. Joselyn T Lobo, President GRID and Ms. Luella Shanthi Lobo, Counsellor facilitated the workshop which focused on the communication process and art of listening—the neglected communication skill. A presentation on Client Service for Educational Institutions summarized the strategies of dealing with the various stakeholders of the education sector.

The Principal Mrs. Grace Noronha welcomed the gathering. Mrs. Krisha D’Silva, the PRO coordinated the programme and Ms. Mishriya Javeed, the management representative participated in the workshop.
