A half-day Leadership Training Programme was conducted for Student Council members of St. Joseph’s (Autonomous) College, Bangalore on 14 December 2021. The Student Council members comprised of class representatives and secretaries of various associations. The workshop was inaugurated by Fr. Victor Lobo SJ, the Principal of the college along with Prof. Clement D’Souza, the Vice-Principal and Fr. Francis Pinto SJ of the Social Work department.

The sessions focused on leadership qualities, team work, self-awareness and creativity which are essential for leaders. The training, which was participatory in nature comprising of activities, exercises and games, was facilitated by Prof. Joselyn T Lobo, President GRID. The council members actively participated in the sessions and appreciated the workshop.
